Hi Tracy, So great to see you again. I did hear of the spoons theory before. I think it may of been Janice that put it up on LWL when we were there, it may of been before you joined. But its a good reminder to us all, who may have or may not have seen the spoon theory. Its an excellent way of describing how hard a day in the life of someone who has Lupus is. Its definately not easy. I can totally identify with the spoon theory. I dread getting up alot of the time. And when i do get up, i have to stand for a while, until my legs decide they are going to get moving without being stiff and with cramps. The necrosis in my legs doesnt help, as it affects my circulation. And as for the cramps, that really does my head in when the cramps start up. Lupus is a huge challenge for the day. I wonder if you are able to copy/paste that into the photos area for me Tracy, if you wouldnt mind. That would be great if you could. I hope you dont mind me asking. I am not sure if everyone has seen it. God bless you too Tracy, take care, thinking of you, love and huge hugsxoxoxox

Hi Tracy! It really is the best way to explain what we deal with every day.
