Lupus and Poor Circulation.

I have really bad circulation. I get cramps when i sit for a while, or lay down in bed. Some of the cramps are that bad, i have to get out of bed and stand for a while, and then get myself back into bed. I also have Necrosis in both legs. Necrosis (dead tissue!) makes it much worse. I have been looking for things which help. Unfortunately i cant use any electronic devices to stimulate the area. Has anyone got any good ideas. I have bought some massage gel. Does anyone else have this problem? Or craps anywhere else which they find difficult. If anyone has any tips, i wold love to hear them, if they know of anything which helps make this sort of thing any better!
